Ongoing coordination with vendors, rehearsal coordination and up to three on-site wedding coordinators for twelve hours on the day of your wedding!

We provide professional vendor recommendations then coordinate the details into a comprehensive timeline. We share it with your venue and vendors and of course provide on-site coordination so you can enjoy the ceremony and festivities with your child.

Full Mitzvah Planning
We do it all! We help you find the perfect venue and vendors coordinating everything from reception entertainment and catering to hotel room blocks for out-of-town friends and relatives. We create a detailed weekend timeline from shabbat dinner to Sunday brunch. This package includes securing all venues and vendors and two on-site event coordinators for twelve hours on the mitzvah day.
